Class-D solid state amps… the opposite of tube technology.

Unlike conventional class AB designs, Class D solid state amplifiers are based on switching the output between only two states, both of them being theoretically non-dissipative. A modulator circuit controls the switching as a function of the audio input. After a low-pass filter the original amplified signal is recovered. In practical this process has an efficiency above 90%, as opposed to 30-40% in conventional amplifiers.

We’ve built dozens of High Power audio amplifiers. They are modular, allowing us to offer power ranging from 250 to 750 Watts rms, and  1500 Watts rms in bridge configuration.

Input connectors (RCA, DIN, XLR, jacks) and output connectors (Gold plated heavy binding posts, Neutrik (c) speaker connectors, …), use of a volume control or not, locations of the connectors (front, rear, mixed), safety interlocks and signaling,… all this depends on the customer’s desiderata.

They are all housed in a 19 inches subrack (height 2U), rackable, with or without handles.

As they are so many possibilities – even the layout of the front and rear panels are customizable – we don’t post pictures. For the same reasons we will only give a price range on the product pages. Please contact us with your requirements.
